Single occupancy famale

Hey , I'm on the look out for more of a separate annex / room / self contained
I've stated I have a dog as I do occasionally look after one , this could be for a few days here and there or every couple of weeks
She is very well behaved and a rescue podengo who generally just chills.

I work in mental health and also in part time fitness. So looking for somewhere quiet and where I have a little freedom and not secluded to just a room
I'm happy to help around the house , garden
I keep physical fit and enjoy living in a tidy space
I like to eat well and generally try to take an holistic approach on life.
I don't smoke / drink or generally stay up late
