2 Students looking for place to rent

Located in UWE Bower Ashton, me and my friend are looking for a place to rent, preferrably for a minimum of 6 months/1 year. Happy to have guarantors :)

We are both chill, love art.
Not the party type, but a calm, social chat, walk, or going out every once in a while would be great. (The one writing this ad actually enjoys cleaning... just to tempt ya.)
We are both animation students; one 18 years old and the other 19. (19 & 20 this July). We are typically on campus a minimum of 2 days per week.
