Professional introvert wanting to share quiet tidy

Hello. I’m a professional self employed contractor, who works from home, in need of a large room, preferably en suite, with room for my desk. I do have a small dog - a pug, 12 years old nearly, who must come with me. He’s friendly, a bit deaf now and hardly ever barks as a result. Access to secure outside space is also needed.

I’m friendly and sociable but I also need my own space and enjoy time on my own, so I won’t be using any shared space much, unless you and me end up getting on very well lol.

I’m super tidy in the kitchen, and expect the same from you; if I feel a kitchen is dirty I have trouble preparing food. I’ll respect your fridge, bins, cupboards and utensils too! Having been a bill paying house owner I’m a respectful of energy and water usage too.

My politics are left of centre, I’m an animal lover, passionate about social justice. I love nature. I also love F1, rugby and enjoy watching the odd football match.

I’m looking for a minimum of three months: what happens after that I’m not sure as I am looking for this room due to relationship issues.
