Looking for flatmates (2 Bed 2 bath) - May move-in

I am looking to buddy up and house hunt for a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat in East, North East or South East London (Zone 1–3 max). Ideally somewhere with good transport links, as we both work full-time. Hoping to move in during the first week of May.

I will be moving in with my gf, and we are hoping to find a flatmate or couple who would like to create a warm, friendly home rather than just share a space.

Budget: Up to £1500 per room, depending on the property and layout.

A little about us , we are both professionals, tidy, respectful and easy-going. We really value a calm, clean and welcoming home. While we respect personal space and busy schedules, we would love to live with someone who’s open to building a friendly connection too, maybe the occasional shared dinner, movie night or weekend coffee if everyone’s free ☕
