Friendly, creative professional moving south
Hi! I’m Ant — a digital product manager at Middlesex University, usually on campus 1–2 days a week, so being close to the Northern line or Thameslink would make life (and my commute) a lot easier.
After almost a decade in north-west London (since 2016), I’m looking to move back to south London to be nearer friends and have more places on my doorstep to socialise on the scene. I’m sociable but considerate: I love a chat in the kitchen, a film or theatre trip, and I’m respectful and friendly.
Outside of work, I’m Advocacy Director at Impulse London, creating events and campaigns around health and wellbeing for queer men — think community, connection and joy. I also volunteer in a number of other roles for our community, which fills my heart with pride.
Interests & passions: a big Doctor Who fan; music (from Blur to Suede via ABBA and Steps), films, theatre (I was a theatre marketing manager for five years), galleries and exhibitions, writing, photography, nature walks, gayming, and generally saying yes to culture and community.
What I’m looking for: a double room in a friendly home with housemates who enjoy a mix of doing their own thing as well as the occasional shared cuppa, dinner, film or night out.
Proximity to the Northern line or Thameslink would be helpful for my campus days; flexible on area as long as it’s fairly well connected.
