Urgently Looking For Room

Urgently looking for room, was travelling and hiking, ran out of funds and when I tried to get straight back to work, got seriously let down with an equine role and live in accommodation.

I need a landlord willing to accept housing benefit, I can’t afford funds upfront and just want to be clear and honest, I’d be filling out a application for housing benefit with you and requesting such to be paid direct to you. I’m really stuck, as not eligible for social accommodation due to no living relations or any I have had or had contact with so no local connection and no special criteria or health problems, so am dependant on finding private accommodation who will accept the latter until I find a new job.

I’m quiet and responsible, I listen more than I talk but am very fun and out going too, I get on with everyone and find everyone interesting and learning others interests too. I’m clean and tidy and like to cook, I’m not a professional chef but okay.
