Hi there! 👋
We are Junhae and Minyong, two male spatial/architectural designers from South Korea in our late 20s. We are currently looking for TWO rooms in the same house/flat (ideally two doubles, but open to a double and a large single) to call our new home.
✨ About us & Our lifestyle:
We are very clean, respectful, and easy-going professionals. We do not smoke, do not host parties, and highly value a peaceful and tidy living environment. In our spare time, we love cooking, watching films, listening to music, and exploring the city’s architecture and exhibitions. If you are looking for reliable and considerate flatmates who clean up after themselves, we are the perfect match!
🏠 What we are looking for:
• 2 rooms in the same property.
• A shared living room where we can relax, eat, or occasionally do some design work on our laptops.
• A clean and well-maintained bathroom/kitchen.
• Move-in date: As soon as possible (Our current Airbnb ends on March 7th).
💷 Financials (No worries!):
We recently arrived in London on a Working Holiday Visa. While we are currently actively interviewing for jobs and might not have a UK employer reference just yet, please be assured that we have ample savings to comfortably cover our rent. We are more than happy to provide bank statements and pay rent in advance to give landlords absolute peace of mind.
