Female in search of a homely, relaxed place.

Hello! My name is Cassie, I am a 19 y/o professional working full time in a labratory in Bar Hill, Cambridge (9am-5pm). I am looking for a quiet, homely place to stay. Im a neat, mature and respectful person, happy to share a welcoming space with preferably other women. I have a few mostly reserved interests such as art, reading, listening to music and going to the gym after work. Although I have none myself, I adore animals and would be more than happy to stay among pets. I also do not mind smokers as long as it’s not done inside the house - I myself do not smoke.
For my room requests, I am happy with either a single or double room, and would hope to stay all days of the week, long-term. Sharing facilities such as the bathroom is more than okay as long as it is kept tidy after use. My budget is up to £700 a month including utilities. Fully furnished is a lovely bonus but not a requirement. As I commute regularly via car to my workplace, available parking is required. Depending on my roommates preferences, I’d love to get to know you and be sociable, but I do also enjoy my own space and quiet time.
