Hi! We’re Angie (38) and Mihaela-Madalina (42), two professional women currently living in Finsbury Park, and we’re looking for a place to rent around Gospel Oak. We’ve lived together for the past year and have a really easy, respectful dynamic — friendly and sociable, but we also value a calm home and each other’s privacy. We’re tidy, considerate with shared areas, and we communicate well, so things run smoothly day to day.

I’m Angie, 38, and I work in childcare, so I’m out of the house most days (not working from home). I’m warm, easy-going, and genuinely easy to live with — I like a friendly atmosphere at home, I’m always up for a chat or sharing a meal, but I’m also very respectful of downtime and personal space. I love staying active and making the most of London: yoga, cycling, hiking, and I also enjoy theatre and different events. I’m naturally curious and enjoy discovering new places and trying new things.

I’m Madalina, 42, and I run my own consultancy focused on financing research and development in deep technology companies, RTOs and universities. My work is a mix of home and office days, and I travel often outside the UK. I’m tidy, reliable, and respectful of common areas, and I’ve lived in flatshares before — I’m back to it after my partner moved outside the UK. I’ve also lived in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, so I’m adaptable and easy to live with. In my free time I enjoy a good movie, I can be either quiet or social depending on the day, I go to Psycle, and I like going for walks.

We’re ideally looking to move mid-April, but we’re flexible and could potentially move a bit earlier for the right place. We can attend viewings together, or if you have a hitlist of suitable rooms/flats, we’re happy to join and move quickly. We can easily provide proof of income and employment, and we’re ready to proceed promptly if we find a good match.
