Hi, I am a 29-year-old professional working for a South London council seeking a double room preferably in South East London near and around Brockley/ Forest Hill area but am open to other locations.

More than happy to buddy up if people want to find a flat together.

I am friendly, tidy, and sociable, but also respectful of people’s alone time. I have a budget of £1,000 (including bills, ideally!).

I’m fairly busy throughout the week with the gym, work, and my social life, but I’m keen to find housemates who want to actually live together, socialise, and make new friends.

I have a pretty normal social life — I enjoy rugby, sports, and outdoor trips, but also my weekly Dungeons & Dragons sessions, reading, and trips to the cinema. I’m keen to find a sociable, friendly flat of any gender.

I’m office-based 2–3 days a week, so desk space in the room is preferred.
