Active retiree seeking a little space of my own.

I would like a flat rather than a room. Have seen some ads for flats on here. I’d like access to a washing machine and washing line,
wifi included if possible.
Although I have a little dog that I rescued not long ago, if pets are not allowed, I have a friend who adores him and will happily take him as hers.
I’d love a sunny window for herbs and a private outside space to sit.
I love gardening and horses.
I still teach riding and natural horsemanship once in a while.
I have a car and drive a lot.
I have a 27 year old son who visits sometimes.
