Looking for place to rent

Hi I’m looking for anywhere in Southampton. I’m a nightclub manager in Southampton and work in Bedford place. I’m 28 years old. My hobbies are football and gym.
I’m currently residing in a house share in Southampton but looking to move out. Full transparency I do have ccjs that are from years ago. They are to do with parking fines that’s were related to my previous place of work. My number plate got removed from being able to park there without my knowledge and as a result incurred parking charges that escalated despite challenging turned to ccjs.
I’m on an annual salary of 33k per year and have been in this position for 4 years
It gives me anxiety with looking to rent/ find a room because some places just write you off straight away for having ccjs so wanted to be up front and honest.
