Aussie teacher looking for a place!

Hi, my name is Declan and I am starting work in the Stanmore area in April as a Head Teacher at a high school. I need somewhere to stay with my own space and furnished. Am incredibly clean and tidy, never leave a trace that I have been in a room and will mostly keep to myself throughout the week. Become more social on the weekends and like to cook so can make meals for the house occasionally.
