I’m a full-time NHS professional looking for a studio flat or annex to rent in Braunton/Croyde/Woolacombe area from 13th April (I am flexible if place is available slightly before or after).
I’m a non-smoker, single occupant, clean, quiet and very respectful of the property I live in. I work in a permanent NHS role with stable income and can provide references if needed.
I’m ideally looking for a peaceful place to call home and would be happy with a long-term let.
