A large and well-equipped studio room is available for short-term rent from 5th June 2026 until early September (around 3rd–4th September), as I will be returning to my home country for work.

The room is spacious and comes with:

• Kitchen facilities including an extractor fan

I can also gift several useful items for free, including:

• Clothes rack & standing hanger
• Kitchenware (bowls, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.)

• Very convenient for students at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and Cardiff University

The building is secure and well-managed, ideal for students or young professionals looking for a short-term stay over the summer.
