Looking for a long term home! Very easy going :)

I'm looking for a long term stable home anywhere within a 5-7 mile radius of Tower Bridge in order to commute efficiently to work. I work full time in a pub, and am a part time law student doing distance learning with the open university, so my hours do vary from early mornings to late nights, but I take great care to never disturb anyone. Ideally looking for a spacious double room, and would be nice to have a bath, but not fussy! A single room would suffice if necessary. Would also be nice to not have to pay a significant deposit, or one at all, as I have previously been in zero-deposit schemes or a place that has no need for one. I always make sure I have enough for rent each month, and have always payed in full and early for as long as I have rented which can be proven upon request of 6-12 months of redacted bank statements. I am easy going, clean, respectful of others space, home and belongings and very easy to get along with. Especially over a nice glass of good wine! :)
My hobbies include music, reading, gaming, movies, going on long walks, swimming, archery, and fashion.
