Room Wanted in Chester!

I'm a young professional about to take on a new role in Chester, and I'm looking for a room in a house/flat to be a social setting and a quiet base to come home to.

Requirements:
My role is hybrid (with work from home up to three days a week), so I'm looking for somewhere where I can get some work done during the day, but also can be a social base in the evening. I have a car, so I would require access to nearby parking (happy for this to be free on-street parking), and I'm looking for somewhere where I can have a max-15-minute walk into the city centre.

About me:
I'm a social 24-year-old who loves going to the gym, going out for drinks, and also quiet nights in watching Traitors or Netflix series. I'm a conscientious person who has lived in flatshares before. I'm a good communicator, highly organised and very clean.

I'd prefer to live with other women, but I'm open to an evenly mixed household :)
