I’m currently looking for a clean and quiet room to rent in or around Walsall (outside the Caldmore/Palfrey areas).

I’m a calm, respectful and tidy person who values a peaceful home environment. I keep myself to myself, don’t smoke, and I’m not into partying or loud socialising. I’m focused on maintaining a structured routine, working towards stable employment, and keeping my life positive and straightforward.

I’m looking for somewhere stable where I can settle and concentrate on moving forward. I will treat the property with respect and be a considerate housemate.

Budget: £500 per month
Move-in: ASAP
Preferred areas: Walsall and surrounding areas (outside Caldmore/Palfrey)
