Friendly young professionals looking for a flat!
Hi! We’re two friends (both 23 by the time of moving) looking for a long-term place in London from early September. We’re ideally looking for two rooms in an existing flat, but are also very open to buddying up with others to find somewhere together.
A little bit about us — one of us is a qualified mental health nurse who will be starting a Master’s, and the other is a law graduate who will be beginning a PGCE. We’re both responsible, friendly and respectful housemates who are looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.
We’d describe ourselves as sociable, tidy and easy-going. We enjoy a good balance between being out and about and relaxing at home. Outside of work and study we love trying new cafés, exploring London, travelling, going to pubs, and spending time with friends. We’re both clean and considerate in shared spaces and appreciate living with people who are the same.
We’re ideally looking for somewhere central and close to a tube station, with a maximum budget of £2000 per person per month. We’re open to living with professionals or postgraduate students who are friendly and respectful.
Neither of us smoke and we don’t have pets. We’re looking for a long-term let (at least a year) and are hoping to find a comfortable, welcoming flat with like-minded people.
If you think we’d be a good fit for your flat or are interested in buddying up to find a place together, we’d love to hear from you!
