Looking for a weekday room for approx 9 nights/m

Hi,
I am a professional commuting to London for work on an almost weekly basis, staying between 1-3 (absolute max :) nights per week. I am looking for a room where I could sleep calmly and comfortable, but I won't spend too much time there as I will be mainly at work (good connection to CW preferred).
I am a tidy, clean and respectful flatmate, love animals (in case you have some), would go for a run and/or workout when I'm around and up for a nice chat with tea or beer.
I would appreciate flexibility with the monthly price (of course based on a minimum amount) as some months I might not be around much. I am not under time pressure to find something, I'd rather wait for a good fit :)
