Returning to London after 2.5 years living abroad

Returning to London after 2.5 years living abroad with a prospective to have my own place in 2-4 years time. Until then must rent a room that would contain me, bed, closet, desk and my digital piano (headphones included).

I work in IT, quiet, very tidy, introverted (except when I'm not). I'm 46 years old, but still ambitious, enjoying life and UK music scene. I don't smoke, drink or take drugs. Excercise at least 3 times a week, ride a bike.

Have impeccable rent history, references are available, never missed or delayed a payment, have excellent credit score. UK citizen (naturalised).
