Friendly artist couple seeking room

Hi there,

Me and Dylan are artists (both painters and both lgbt and neurodiverse) and are looking for a room to rent. I am at the TKE studios (currently on the Tracey Emin Artist residency). We are both friendly, open minded and outgoing. We love to cook and bake, are respectful, tidy and clean. I do a lot of yoga, hiking, photography and painting of course (am in the studio everyday 9:00-9pm, apart from the weekends). Dylan is also an artist and also works at the grain grocer and at the Carl Freedman Gallery. He is out of the house most days too. Dylan knits, loves to cook (and is very good at it, I’m more of a baker myself!) , he also meditates a lot, reads and swims quite a bit too.

We appreciate a quiet household, and are careful ourselves to not be noisy. We are not the party goers kind of people, but do enjoy socialising in a calmer way. We are considerate, understanding and open minded.
