Very Part-Time Room Wanted – Easy Extra Income

Hi there,

I’m looking for a very part-time room to rent. I’ll hardly be there – realistically I might sleep there about once a month. The main reason I need a room is simply to have somewhere safe to keep some of my belongings and occasionally use the shower in the mornings after the gym.

I’m tidy, respectful, and very low impact – you’ll barely notice I’m around. This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone to make some easy extra money from a spare room that isn’t being used much.

Ideally looking for somewhere relaxed and straightforward. Happy to discuss a fair monthly amount that works for both of us.
