Italian researcher visiting Univ. of Sussex in May

Hi, I’m Chiara, an Italian researcher currently based in Milan. I’ll be in Brighton in May 2026 for a 1-month visiting period at the University of Sussex, and I’m looking for a comfortable room in a friendly and respectful flat or house.

I’m tidy, quiet, easy-going and used to shared living, as I’ve lived in shared houses since my first year of university. So I’m very comfortable with sharing spaces, keeping things clean, and being respectful of other people’s routines and privacy.

I’ll be in Brighton mainly for research, so I’ll spend most of my weekdays at the university. I’m ideally looking for a furnished room in Brighton, or somewhere with good connections to the University of Sussex/Falmer.

I speak fluent English, as well as Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. I’m a non-smoker, and I’m also an animal lover, so I’d be very happy to live in a home with pets.
