Single professional relocating for new job

I am a professional relocating to the area for a new job and am looking for a room or a buddy up with a like minded individual/s.

I am looking for a double room, ideally ensuite or own bathroom, but happy to share if it is with one other person.

I will be working in the office during the day and tend to go to the gym most nights.

I do have a very well trained medium sized dog that I would like to bring with me. He would be going into the office with me most/all days
