Looking for a room asap

Hi I am currently looking for a room/flat but am finding it very hard to find anywhere suitable for me, I work full time as a chef and am a laid back type of person, hoping to find somewhere sooner rather than later as I am facing homelessness due to the property I was previously renting being sold.
