Single Female & Sweet Cat 🐈

Hi there,

I am a single, 32 year old female who has recently become in the need to find my own accommodation. I am looking for somewhere that is available immediately.

Myself and my housecat Nigel are looking for a 1 bedroom, self contained annex or studio. Nigel is a very well behaved and litter trained house cat who loves to sleep and play.

I love sewing and creating things and costumes. I like spending time with my friends and family, going out to the pub, holistic fairs and I volunteer for The Woolmer Forest Lions Club, which looks after people in the community that are in need.

I figured i'd just be upfront; I am currently going through some health issues, and have recently split from my partner and had a break from working due to health. I am on PIP, UC, and ESA and looking to work part time with a few things already lined up.

I have funds to pay rent and deposit and have enough to be stay a minimum of 2 months at the moment. I can also provide a guarantor if required.

I am an honest, hard work woman who has just got down on her luck recently and looking for a new space and a new start. I am clean and I am very responsible. I can provide character references along with references from previous tenancies.
