My name is Andre and I am currently renting in Woolwich.
I am a single 33yr old Latin male working in Central London.
My company is moving to Dartford in the summer which is why I have an interest in living nearer to work. I also have cousins in Belvedere.
My tenancy does not officially finish until June so I will not be looking to move until the summer. That said I maybe able to negotiate an earlier move.
I know the likelihood of your room being available then will be small however could you keep me updated of any future changes please.
I am quiet and tidy and used to living in shared accommodation.
I work shifts in the main so will be leaving for work early and getting home late sometimes.
I can provide references and arrange a viewing nearer the time should the vacancy still exist.
