Female seeking house share

Hi, I'm a 49 year old Professional, I've lived in my current rented accommodation for 6 years but I've decided it's time to downsize and hopefully benefit from some cost savings too. I do have to give notice on my current property but it's only a month. I'm not sure about how long I'd like to share for but if it works well for both parties then longer term is better.
I work locally Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. At the weekends I enjoy going for walks and running. I'm also a keen reader and lover of nature.
I have one adult daughter who is 27 and she lives away from home.
