Looking to buddy up for a 2-Bed in South London
Hi! I’m Alex, 29, and I’m looking to team up with someone to find a nice 2-bed flat in South London for the beginning of May.
The plan:
Budget is around £1,000 each per month (before bills ideally). I’m mainly looking around South London, ideally Zone 2, but I’m flexible for the right place. I’d love somewhere with decent-sized rooms (space for a desk).
Bills included would be amazing but I realise that’s not always realistic, so happy to split them as normal.
About me:
I’m 29 and work in digital marketing, currently 3 days in the office and 2 from home. During the week I’m usually fairly chilled, yoga and my research projects I’m working on.
Weekends are usually seeing my boyfriend, friends, or family, and occasionally going for drinks. I’m quite social but also very happy doing my own thing.
I like a clean and tidy home, not obsessive, just respectful of shared spaces.
Housemate vibe:
Ideally someone who is friendly but independent. Someone who’s up for the pub trip or chat in the kitchen would be great.
The flat:
Main thing is a double bedroom with space for a desk as I work from home part of the week. Other than that I’m pretty flexible and happy to go flat hunting together.
If you’re also looking to buddy up and find somewhere nice rather than squeezing into an existing house share, feel free to message and we can chat.
