Looking for a 1 bedroom flat accepting dss

Hello, I’m looking for a property for myself.
I’m currently unemployed but looking for work. I’m receiving universal credit and have no restrictions on lha so I will be able to receive the full amount for a 1 bedroom. I have also just received a settlement from a change of ownership from my previous property so I’ll have enough to cover the difference in lha and pay the deposit and first months rent up front.

• Preferably At the lha rat but if not my budget is £1,400-£1,600 depending on location.
• would like if pets were allowed but not a must.
• I’m looking to move in asap.
• preferably unfurnished.
