Looking for a nice room under £450 at B7 B’ham

I’m currently looking for a single or double room to rent in or near the B7 area of Birmingham. I’m a student on my placement year and currently working full time, so I’m responsible, quiet, and keep things tidy.

My preferences:
• Budget: up to £400- £450 per month
• Clean and hygienic house
• Friendly and respectful housemates / Lgbtq household would be a plus

I’m easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a comfortable place to stay during my placement and even afterwards.
