Friendly, tidy, easygoing artist with cat

Hi, I’m Asa. I’m a 28 year old trans man in search of a spacious room in a relaxed and friendly LGBT house. I am ideally looking for wider Hackney but v happy with Harringey or SE. I am an artist and ceramicist with a day job in education. I enjoy crafts, swimming, nature. I’d like to live in a house where there is a good balance between doing our own thing and hanging out. What matters to me is mutual consideration, good communication, and respect of shared spaces. I come with a cat called Aya who is v friendly so cat lovers to the front!
