I'm looking for a 2+ bedroom flat in Croydon for two, though we’re also open to most areas in South and South East London.

Budget: £1,300–£1,600 (excluding bills), or up to £1800 if bills are included.

A little about us:
I work full-time as a assistant manager in a residential care home, and my wife is carer in a care home. We’re friendly, tidy, respectful and easy-going tenants, Handy and very vest in maintenance, so your property will be in a good care, we have 2 daughters age 7 and 6
No dog, no smoking

Unfurnished/ furnished is absolutely fine, and garden access would be a big bonus.
