Room needed start of July - End of Aug/Early Sep

Hello all!

My name is Ava, my flatmates are moving out at the end of May and I am moving into a new flat at the end of August/Start of September. I am intending to stay in Edinburgh during the fringe so I am looking for a place to live from the start of July to the end of August/Start of September.

I’d love to find somewhere around Central Edinburgh, Marchmont, Newington, Tollcross, Bruntsfield though I’m definitely open to other areas, so please dont hesitate to reach out if you have something that may suitable.

I am clean, friendly and enjoy chatting but will also give you space if you prefer! I enjoy theatre, film and fashion. I can provide character and previous tenancy references if you feel the need for them.

Budget: £400–£600pcm (excluding or including bills). I do not own pets but I love animals if you have them 🙂‍↕️
