Hi,

My name is Andrew and I’m currently looking for a room or small place to rent.

I work full time as a Quantity Surveyor in construction and also run a small carpentry and joinery business. I’ve been living in my current home since 2016 but am now looking to move due to the landlord serving notice.

I’m a clean, respectful and reliable tenant who keeps things tidy and takes good care of where I live. I’m easy to get along with, fairly quiet, and spend most of my time working.

Ideally I’m looking for somewhere long term, but I’m flexible. I can provide references if needed.
