Singing my own songs and some covers

Working on the high street Camden and this may include some late nights, so closer to home the better.
Moving from Australia, have sole travelled Europe and write, produce and perform my own music.
Looking for friends, a larger room with hopefully a desk and maybe even a travel companion for exploring the UK.
Non smoking very important.
Would prefer a home with 3 or less persons sharing 1 bathroom.
I'm invisaging a calm, friendly, homily, respectful environment not a dorm room or house with 4 plus rooms.
I enjoy a night out, but otherwise am not a big drinker.
I love a laugh, am very social, keep up to date on the latest trends and Tic Tocks and post on social media as part of my music promotion. However, I am not going to breach your or the homes privacy.
