Double clean spacious room

Hi,

My son, Drew Thompson, 25 years old, is looking for a clean spacoius double room, in a quiet house, with parking, to rent close to Ashford train station/Maidstone Station or as close to Lenham as possible. £550 - £700 per month incl bills. He is initially looking for 6 months (possibly paid up front) to extend long term if he is happy there. He is a quiet, respectful young man. He would have his 2 year old, who lives in Lenham, stay overnight occasionally (once a week we hope). He runs a new car valeting service in Lenham, currently on hold, and claims UC until he is there to run the business full time. Unfortunately Drew has returned to his family home in Southend until we can find him suitable accommodation. Thank you in advance for your help.
