Professional Seeking Short-Term Room – Bingham Are

My name is Tony and I’m a 59-year-old professional currently launching a new furniture outlet in the East Midlands for a major online furniture brand.

I’m looking for a comfortable room within roughly a 10-mile radius of Bingham for up to four months while I get the new store established locally. My working hours will vary as the project develops, so I’m mainly looking for a quiet and comfortable base while I focus on getting the outlet up and running.

• Parking space would be helpful if available

This arrangement would simply be a temporary base while I settle into the role and plan a longer-term relocation.
