22 Professional Female Looking for a room/buddy up

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent, or a buddy- up to get a flat together from late April/ May for a new role. Ideally in Reading city centre but not necessary.
I would ideally want to share a flat with 1 other person but willing to go up to a 4 bed house if en-suite. I'd would love to become friends with whoever I live with!
I'm a young professional who enjoys cooking but I'm tidy and respectful of people's space. I enjoy socialising whether that's watching TV in the evenings or going to the pub and I also go to the gym for classes most weeks.
