24 Yo Tech Professional seeking Altrincham room

Hi! I’m a Graduate Software Engineer working in AI & Cybersecurity, looking for a relaxed and tidy professional house share.

I work 5 days a week in the office (usually 8-4 or 9-5), so I’m out of the house during the day. I’m quite an active person; I cycle to work and hit the gym a few times a week, plus I love getting out for a hike or some mountain biking when I can. Because I spend my workdays in front of a monitor, I’m definitely not a permanent fixture in the communal areas; I'm usually either out making up for the desk time or just relaxing in my own space in the evenings.

I’ve lived in shared houses before, so I’m very mindful of the "unspoken rules" of communal living. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces (especially the morning bathroom run).

I’m looking for a "chill" vibe where people are friendly but respect each other's space. I'm a non-smoker, a reliable rent-payer, and happy to provide references.
