Room or annexe to rent

recently single male with very cute small polite jack russell seek accommodation. We’re both nice to have around and get on with everyone.. need parking for my Land Rover. I’m very practical, im a landscaper/builder so useful to know…! Can and like to cook, non smoker, occasional drinker, wont be in much as many projects on the go.. i dont mind taking on a property that needs work.
