Postgrad Looking for Social yet Settled Flatshare

I'm starting a Master's at the University of Sheffield in September in Library and Information Studies. Ideally, I'd like to move in at the start of August.

I am a competitive swimmer, so I have quite a consistent routine. I previously studied film at Warwick for my undergraduate, so I'm really into watching films. I play acoustic guitar and I do a lot of gigs at intimate venues. I'm easygoing and would prefer a tidy yet lived-in home, with a good balance between studying/work and dinner parties, casual get-togethers and the occasional house party.

On top of my master's, I will be working as a Swim Teacher. I would value a house that is quite social, yet not overwhelming. I really value people who are passionate about their degree/job and have their own creative outlet / are into fitness.

I'm naturally clean and really value a nice space. I look forward to any responses!
