Female is looking for a room to rent

Hello
I am 43 years old female. Due to changes in personal life (getting divorced) I am now looking for a new home- preferably a room. Open to long term tenancy.
I am disabled (limited mobility) . I receive UC and Pip. It seems to affect the willingness from landlords to consider me as a lodger/tenant for some reason so , it is best I mention it straightaway. I will need an official tenancy agreement to receive housing support. Thats all.
I ideally need a property with a walk in shower as it is challenging for me to climb into the bathtub.
Ideally a room or a property on one level - a flat with lift access or a bungalow or a room and a bathroom on a ground level would be perfect.

I am a bubbly , chatty , smiley , friendly person - equally I can be discreet and not bother anyone . I love reading, music, art, nature, travels, cooking . I like to keep my space clean.
I sadly can not share home with smokers as I have mild COPD and can not breathe well if there are fumes around me.
I adore animals so, if you have pets who like so
some attention - it is a big plus :-)
I am decent, responsible, respectful and adaptable person and, I really hope , there is a lovely home for me despite me being in receipt of UC and PIP. Maybe sharing with fellow disabled people who do not discriminate?
