Hi, my name is Jacob. I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2025 and I’m currently working part-time while looking for a full-time job.

I’m hoping to find a flatmate to share a place near Manchester City Centre. I’m a very tidy person and I really value keeping the home clean and comfortable. I believe it’s important that everyone respects the shared space and communicates openly if there are any issues.

I enjoy cooking and often cook Chinese food at home. If my flatmate is interested, I’d be happy to cook together or share meals sometimes. I think it would be great if we could get along well and maybe even become friends, not just housemates.

I’m easygoing, respectful and quiet at home. I don’t mind having friends over occasionally, but I think it’s always best to communicate with each other in advance so everyone feels comfortable.
