Double Room Wanted - Friendly & Responsible Tenant

Hi :) I’m currently looking for a double room in a clean and friendly home.

I’m a tidy, respectful and easygoing person who enjoys a calm living environment. I’m sociable but also appreciate personal space. I enjoy going out and am always up for an adventure.

I work full-time during the week currently, but am going to uni in September full-time.

Room requirements:
- A double room with enough space for a desk if possible (I have my own furniture so unfurnished is fine)
- Access to a kitchen and laundry
- A clean and well-maintained home
- Parking or nearby parking as I have a car

Must-haves:
- Clean and respectful housemates
- Reliable WiFi

I’m responsible with rent and house rules and would love to find a comfortable place to call home.
