Looking for 1 bed / studio / annex - 27yo, single

Hi, I’m Lucas, I'm 27 from the UK looking for a studio / 1-bed flat / garden annex for around 3 months (late May to late August). I'm not looking for a shared house. I work late into the evening on calls and so wouldn't want to disturb anyone in a shared house.

A bit about me:
• Clean, tidy and respectful
• Non-smoker
• No pets
• No kids
• Work remotely running my own web design business
• Quiet lifestyle – mostly working, going to the gym

I’m ideally looking for somewhere within about 60 minutes of London or near Clavering, Essex, with bills included (not essential), and a budget up to £1,000 per month total.

Because I work online, a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work in the evenings are important.
