Searching for room - female only

Looking for a room in a female only house/flat share. Please message on SpareRoom to discuss first and tell me about yourself!

Preferences:
- Female only shares please!
- Double room only
- Budget of £800/month, inclusive of bills
- Long term lets preferred (till the end of the year at least) but I have to move by early April so I am open to shorter term if the room is right for me
- Commutable to central London within 1 hour (Blackfriars, Bank or London Bridge stations)
- Parking would be nice in location is further out but not required
- I will be WFH once a week. Unless agreed otherwise, I plan to work within my room.
- I generally will keep to myself and my room, but happy for chats in common spaces. If we have shared hobbies or interests I am also opened to socials and chill nights in!
- Must be okay with visitors, I have a partner that would likely stay around for the weekend once or twice a month. This will be communicated to housemates

About me:
- 28 y/o professional, I work in healthcare and medical communications/publishing
- British born Chinese, lived in the UK my whole life apart from a study year abroad in Korea during uni
- Hobbies include reading and gaming
- I like trying new things a lot and have short term obsessions, recently into journaling and can’t stop talking about Bridgerton
