I’m looking for a peaceful living situation

I work Monday to Friday 8-5 in a coffee roastery (free coffee for everyone)
I enjoy exercise/sports and spending time with my friends usually at cafes or wine/ cocktail bars. I love being creative and I’m always trying new art forms and I’m always down to go to Exhibitions/Art installations/Gigs/Dinner parties Etc.

I’m a kind creative empathetic person who is genuine and honest and has been described as a amazing roommate and hilarious
(Could be more humble though)

I’d prefer to not live with students or people who party a lot. I’m very responsible and respectful of others and shared living areas I’m clean and tidy I enjoy a living in a well kept place. I don’t like to get drunk and if and when I do drink it’s usually causally with friends. I’ve lived with a lot of young people and it can be frustrating so my ideal living situation would be with respectful mature people who can take care of themselves and where they live.
