Looking for a Single/Double room ASAP

My name is Ketan Sharma. I am 22-years old and have been living in London for about a year and a half.

I'm a recent Master's graduate from UAL (Creative Computing Institute). At the moment, I'm focusing on upskilling and applying for better job opportunities, while doing delivery work on side for basic sustenance. I keep a stable routine and spend most of my time working, studying, or upskilling.

I’m currently looking for a comfortable Single/Double room in a friendly and respectful household close to central London (zone 2-3 or similar works).

I’m hoping to move around the 19th–20th of March as my current tenancy is ending.

I’m looking for a place with “all bills included” or at least some. My budget is around £530 per month and I’m open to negotiating slightly depending on the room and whether some bills are included.

As a housemate, I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I value a clean and peaceful home and always make sure shared spaces stay organised. I also enjoy cooking quite a lot, so you’ll often find me experimenting in the kitchen.

I’m looking for a room in a relaxed home with considerate housemates who also like to keep the place clean and comfortable. I’m open to living with anyone as long as the environment is friendly and respectful.

As I'm arranging my move right now, I would really appreciate latest photos and video viewing if possible. If the room looks suitable after the video call, I would love to come and visit the place in person as well.
